Each wheelset is stress relieved by the hands of skilled craftsmen not less than three times. After each cycle, they are trued and retensioned to some of our strictest specifications.

Do my new Vuelta wheels come with skewers?
YES - all Vuelta wheels come with skewers except track wheels.

Where can I buy Vuelta wheels?
Vuelta wheels are sold by thousands of dealers worldwide. These dealers buy thru authorized Vuelta distributors. Customers can ask their local professional bike shop if they can acquire Vuelta wheels from one of their speciality distributors.

Where can I get replacement parts?
Vuelta dealers and distributors can always get spare parts from us. Most Vuelta distributors stock spare parts at all times. Consumers who need extra assistance in locating Vuelta parts can contact us at vueltaxrp@yahoo.com

Are these wheels campy compatible?
Only Carbon Team SL, Road Team SL, and Road Pro SL wheels are made in Campy and Shimano version. You must confirm with your dealer which version you are purchasing.

Is there a weight limit on these wheels?
Vuelta wheels do not have a stated weight limit. Due to materials used and method of building, Vuelta wheels are the strongest in their class. We know of no normal human weight that will cause a Vuelta wheel to fail.

Is the weight of the wheels accurate on the site?
All manufactured items are subject to tolerances. We establish weights by weighing a sample of 100 wheels and taking the simple average weight. Our wheels are weighed without skewers.

What is the difference between sealed cartridge bearings and sealed hubs?
Sealed hubs are sealed from outside elements. Sealed hubs can use either ball or precision bearings. Sealed cartridge bearing hubs use precision cartridge bearings.

If I crash a wheel and want to use the No Fault Replacement Warranty, do I need to return the old wheel?
In most cases, you will give the old wheel to your dealer. However, if this is not possible your purchase invoice and evidence of the destroyed wheel is acceptable.
